How long will the survey take? Each survey invitation includes the estimated time it will take to complete the full survey. Survey lengths vary based on the needs of each project. Please refer to our Research Terms & Conditions for more information about completing our research.
How will I know if I’m eligible? Every survey begins with standard screening questions that determine eligibility for the subject matter that is the focus of the study. These questions typically take less than five minutes to answer. Once you complete the screening, you will immediately be notified of your eligibility.
Ineligible respondents will not continue with the remainder of the survey and will not receive an honorarium. Please refer to our Research Terms & Conditions for more information about research eligibility.
Is my information shared with the client? Our priority is respondent privacy and confidentiality. We never share personal identifying information with the client. All survey data is studied in an aggregate and blended form only.
How will I receive my honorarium? Your honorarium will be delivered via email to the address you provided at the completion of your survey.
You will receive two emails from us to pick up your honorarium. The first will contain a pickup link. The second (usually sent within one hour after the first email) will contain a username and password to claim your honorarium. We separate these for your security and to ensure delivery.
On rare occasions, these emails might land in your email spam folder. Please check your spam folder to ensure your gift card pick up emails haven’t landed there.
If you find any emails from us in your spam folder, please simply shift them to your inbox to help ensure that you never miss a message in the future.
When will I receive my honorarium? Your honorarium will be delivered via email to the address you provided at the completion of your survey.
Honorariums are immediately typically distributed when our clients close the survey. This generally takes place between 10-21 days after you completed your survey, but can sometimes take up to 8 weeks depending on the research. Your honorarium will be delivered via email to the address you provided at the completion of the survey.
